Up To Date Records
It is vital for the school to keep current addresses and telephone numbers. Please contact Administration immediately if there are any changes to:

- Home and work addresses and phone numbers
- Emergency contact
- Doctor
- Serious illness, allergies, disabilities, etc
- Legal access to children or custody issues

In regard to custodial arrangements, copies of any official documentation should accompany any change in arrangements. Any documentation given to the school is kept in the strictest confidence.

Transfers
Students leaving Gaven, who will be enrolling in another Queensland State School, are required to obtain a Certificate of Transfer. Please notify the class teacher at least five days prior to the anticipated final day of attendance.

Parents are to ensure that all school materials, especially library books, are returned prior to leaving.
